Agenda #1 - R.L. Peters
- MINUTE ORDER #066/07: It being nine a.m., Judge
Jon H. Burrows called the regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court to
order and presented for approval a Resolution honoring former County
Commissioner R.L. Peters who passed away February 3, 2007. After due
discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by
Commissioner Richard Cortese, the Resolution was approved
Agenda #2 - Sam Seal
- MINUTE ORDER #067/07: Judge Jon H. Burrows presented
for approval a Resolution honoring Texas Association of Counties Executive
Director Sam Seal who passed away February 7, 2007. After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Richard Cortese, second by Commissioner Tim Brown, the
Resolution was approved.
Agenda #3 - Minutes
- MINUTE ORDER #068/07: Judge Jon H. Burrows
called to the Courts attention that the minutes of February 5, 2007, had
been received. After due discussion, the minutes were approved as
presented.
Agenda #4a - Wild Mountain Road
- MINUTE ORDER #069/07: After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner
John Fisher, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange, the Court unanimously approved
authorizing County Engineer Richard Macchi to advertise for bids for
the installation of fence on Wild Mountain Road, Mountain Creek Subdivision.
Agenda #4b - Poston Subdivision
- MINUTE ORDER #070/07: County Engineer Richard
Macchi presented for final approval the Plat for Poston Subdivision No.
1, a Two-Lot, 12.058 Acre Subdivision fronting on Sunshine Road. After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Richard Cortese, second by Commissioner Tim Brown, the Court
unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #4c - Presa Vista
- MINUTE ORDER #071/07: County Engineer Richard
Macchi presented for preliminary approval the Plat for Presa Vista, a
12-Lot, 9.378 Acre Development Acre Development off of F.M. 2484. After due discussion,
upon motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner John
Fisher, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #4d - Village of Armstrong Addition
- MINUTE ORDER #072/07: County Engineer Richard
Macchi presented for final approval the Plat for Village of Armstrong
Addition, a 33-Lot, 23.126 Acre Development off of Armstrong Road.
After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second
by Commissioner John Fisher, the Court unanimously approved this
matter.
Agenda #5 - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #073/07: Upon motion of Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner John
Fisher, the Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms,
the same being attached hereto and made a part of these minutes.
Agenda #6 - Law Enforcement Contract with Corps of
Engineers
- MINUTE ORDER #074/07: After due discussion,
upon motion by Commissioner Eddy Lange, second by Commissioner
Richard Cortese, the Court unanimously approved renewal of the Annual
Law Enforcement Contract with the Corps of Engineers for the Bell County
Sheriff's Office to provide law enforcement services on area lakes.
Agenda #7 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #075/07: Judge Jon Burrows presented the
claims for review to the Court. After proper review, upon motion
of Commissioner Tim Brown, seconded by Commissioner Richard Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved all such claims. All according to a
copy of the same being of record in the office of the County Auditor.
(The Court then went into workshop session to discuss those items on the
workshop agenda with no action being taken on any item.)
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
