Agenda #1 - Minutes
- MINUTE ORDER #102/07: It being nine a.m.,
Commissioner Richard Cortese called the regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court to
order and called to the Courts attention that the minutes of February 26,
2007, had been received. After due discussion, these minutes were
approved as presented.
Agenda #2a - Tanglewood II Subdivision
- MINUTE ORDER #103/07: County Engineer Richard
Macchi presented for consideration the abandonment of the
easements along the common property line between lots 16 an 17, Tanglewood
II Subdivision.
After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Eddy Lange, second by Commissioner Tim Brown, the
Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #3 - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #104/07: Upon motion of
Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange, the
Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms, the same being
attached hereto and made a part of these minutes.
Agenda #4 - Burn Ban
- MINUTE ORDER #105/07: Upon motion of Commissioner
Tim Brown, second by Commissioner John Fisher, the Court unanimously approved
an Order Restricting Outdoor Burning instituting a Burn Ban effective March
5, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. for thirty (30) days, the same being attached hereto
and made a part of these minutes.
Agenda #5 - Kleinfelder Agreement
- MINUTE ORDER #106/07: After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange, the Court
unanimously approved authorizing Judge Jon Burrows to approve and
sign agreement from Kleinfelder for Construction Materials Testing Services.
Agenda #6 - Jail Pharmacy Services
- MINUTE ORDER #107/07: After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Tim Brown, the Court unanimously approved
request to advertise for Jail Pharmacy Services with contract to be awarded
June 25, 2007.
Agenda #7 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #108/07: Commissioner Richard
Cortese presented the
claims for review to the Court. After proper review, upon motion
of Commissioner Tim Brown, seconded by Commissioner Richard Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved all such claims. All according to a
copy of the same being of record in the office of the County Auditor.
(The Court then went into workshop session to discuss those items on the
workshop agenda with no action being
taken on any item.)
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
