Agenda #1 - May 12, 2007 Election
- MINUTE ORDER #109/07: It being one p.m.,
Commissioner Richard Cortese called the special meeting of the
Commissioners' Court to order and presented for approval the consolidation
of voting locations for the May 12, 2007 Constitutional Amendment Election
and appropriate submission to the Department of Justice. After due
discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by
Commissioner Eddy Lange, the Court unanimously approved Order of
Consolidation of Precincts, Order of Appointment for Election Judges, Order
of Establishment of Central Counting Station, and appropriate submission to
the Justice Department for approval.
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
