Agenda #1 - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #142/07: It being 3:20 p.m.,
Judge Jon H. Burrows, called the special meeting of the Commissioners'
Court to order and called to the Courts attention that interviews were
scheduled to fill the position of Director of Personal Bonds and that three
finalist for the position, who had been selected by a committee of
Commissioner Richard Cortese, Commissioner Eddy Lange, and Human
Resources Director Ron Heuss, were present to be interviewed.
Agenda #2 - Executive Session on Personnel Matters
- MINUTE ORDER #143/07: Under Section 551.074 of the
Texas Government Code, the Court went into Executive Session on Personnel
Matters at 3:21 p.m. to interview and discuss the three finalists. At
4:10 p.m., the Court came out of Executive Session without taking any action
and went into Open Session.
Agenda #3 - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #144/07: After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange, the
Court unanimously approved the selection of Linda Ingraham as
Director of Personal Bonds, and directed Human Resource Director Ron Heuss
to contact all applicants and to finalize details of the position with Ms.
Ingraham.
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
