IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF

AFTER proper posting of public notice, a copy of which is attached hereto, on this the 9th day of April, 2007, the County Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, met in the Commissioners' Courtroom in Belton, Texas, in regular session with the following members of said Court present, to-wit:

1. Agenda #1 - Minutes

• MINUTE ORDER #158/07:  It being nine a.m., JUDGE JON H. BURROWS, called the regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court to order and called to the Courts attention that the minutes of April 2, 2007.  After due discussion, the minutes were approved as presented.
  
  
  
  

2. Agenda #2 - Equipment Sale on Ebay

• MINUTE ORDER #159/07:  COUNTY ENGINEER RICHARD MACCHI presented the matter to consider authorizing the sale of 1994 Etnyre Asphalt Distributor and 1989 Etnyre Chipspreader on E-Bay.  After due discussion, upon motion of COMMISSIONER CORTESE, second by COMMISSIONER LANGE, the Court unanimously approved this matter. 
  
  
  
  

3. Agenda #3 - Personnel

   • MINUTE ORDER #160/07:   Upon motion of COMMISSIONER FISHER, second by COMMISSIONER BROWN, the Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms, the same being attached hereto and made a part of these minutes.
     
     
     
     

4. Agenda #4 - Resolution Central Texas Community Alerting System

• MINUTE ORDER #161/07:   JUDGE BURROWS presented the matter to consider approval of Resolution authorizing Bell County's participation in the Central Texas Community Alerting System as set forth in the Central Texas Community Alerting System Interlocal Agreement.  After due discussion, upon motion of COMMISSIONER CORTESE, second by COMMISSIONER FISHER, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
  
  
  
  

5. Agenda #5 - Advertise for Depository of Funds for Bell County

   • MINUTE ORDER #162/07:  JUDGE BURROWS presented the matter to consider authorizing County Auditor to advertise for bids for the Depository of Funds for Bell County.  After due discussion, upon motion of COMMISSIONER LANGE, seconded by COMMISSIONER BROWN, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
     
     
     
     

6. Agenda #6 - Claims

   • MINUTE ORDER #163/07:  The County Auditor presented all claims for the review of the Court.  After proper review, upon motion of COMMISSIONER BROWN, second by COMMISSIONER CORTESE, the Court unanimously approved all such claims.  All according to a copy of the same being of record in the office of the County Auditor.

         taken on any item.)
