Agenda #1 - Minutes
- MINUTE ORDER #243/07: It being nine a.m.,
Judge Jon Burrows called the regular meeting of the Commissioners'
Court to order and called to the Courts attention that the minutes of May 29,
2007 and June 1, 2007, sessions had been received. After due discussion, these
minutes were approved as presented.
Agenda #2a - County Engineer
- MINUTE ORDER #244/07: County Engineer Richard
Macchi presented for approval the matter of accepting Letter of Credit
No. 1032, in the amount of $4,700.00, from First Texas Bank, Belton, for the
Warranty of Improvements in Chisholm Oaks Subdivision, and releasing Letter
of Credit No. 1028 in the amount of $100,000.00. After due
discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Eddy Lange, second by
Commissioner Richard Cortese, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #2b - The Creeks of Salado
- MINUTE ORDER #245/07: County Engineer Richard
Macchi presented for final approval the plat for The Creeks of Salado,
Phase I, a 36-Lot, 101.26 Acre, Privately-Maintained Road, Development off
of Sulphur Wells Road. After due
discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner
John Fisher, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #2c - Gameson Subdivision
- MINUTE ORDER #246/07: County Engineer Richard
Macchi presented for approval the final Plat approval for Gameson
Subdivision, a Two-Lot, 7.04 Acre Subdivision on Dove Road at Brewster Creek
Road. After due
discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Eddy Lange, second by
Commissioner Richard Cortese, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #3 - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #247/07: Upon motion of
Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner John Fisher, the
Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms, the same being
attached hereto and made a part of these minutes.
Agenda #4 - Audit Engagement Letters for Fiscal Year
Ending September 30, 2007
- MINUTE ORDER #248/07: Judge Jon
Burrows presented for approval the Audit Engagement Letters for Fiscal
Year ending September 30, 2007, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part of these minutes. After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Richard Cortese, second by Commissioner Tim Brown,
the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #5 - Cooperative Working Agreement - Bell
County and Families in Crisis, Inc.
- MINUTE ORDER #249/07: After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Richard Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved the Cooperative Working Agreement between
Bell County and Families in Crisis, Inc. in support of application for grant
funding through the Office of the Attorney General to support a program for
victims of sexual abuse. A copy of said agreement is attached hereto
and made a part of these minutes.
Agenda #6 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #250/07: Judge Jon Burrows presented the
claims for review to the Court. After proper review, upon motion
of Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Richard
Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved all such claims. All according to a
copy of the same being of record in the office of the County Auditor.
(The Court then went into workshop session to discuss those items on the
workshop agenda with no action being
taken on any item.)
