- MINUTE ORDER #241/08:
County Judge Jon Burrows, called to the Courts attention that the
minutes of June 2, 2008, 9:00 a.m. regular session had been received. After due discussion, these
minutes were approved as presented.

- MINUTE ORDER #242/08: County Engineer
Richard Macchi presented for approval the final plat for Walnut Creek
Estates, Phase 8, a 23-Lot, 48.29 Acre Development in the E.T.J. of the City
of Killeen and acceptance of Letter of Credit No. 505, in the amount of
$11,000, First Texas Bank, as Warranty for the constructed improvements.
After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange, the
Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #2b - Williams Road - Precinct 2
- MINUTE ORDER #243/08: County Engineer
Richard Macchi requested authorization to advertise for bids for the Hot
Mix Overlay of a portion of Williams Road, Precinct 2. After due discussion,
upon motion by
Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Richard Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #2c - Letter of Credit No. 1019 - Sunset Vista
Subdivision, Section 4
- MINUTE ORDER #244/08: County Engineer
Richard Macchi presented for approval releasing Letter of Credit No.
1019, Independent Bank, in the amount of $95,000 and replacing it with
Letter of Credit No. 1022, in the amount of $9,000 for the Warranty of
Improvements in Sunset Vista Subdivision, Section 4. After due discussion,
upon motion by
Commissioner Eddy Lange, second by Commissioner Richard Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #2d - Ingram Estates
- MINUTE ORDER #245/08: County Engineer
Richard Macchi presented for approval the final plat of Ingram Estates,
a Two-Lot, 6.97 Acre Subdivision off of Water Works Road in the E.T.J. of
the City of Temple. After due discussion,
upon motion by
Commissioner Richard Cortese, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange,
the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #2e - McLean Construction Proposal
- MINUTE ORDER #246/08: County Engineer
Richard Macchi presented for approval a proposal by McLean Construction,
Ltd., Killeen, for the chipping of brush and trees collected at the landfill
as a result of recent storms. The Court took no action on this matter.
A copy of said proposal is attached hereto and made part of these minutes.

- MINUTE ORDER #247/08: Upon motion by Commissioner
Eddy Lange, second
by Commissioner John Fisher, the Court unanimously approved all
employee status report forms, the same being attached hereto and made part
of these minutes.
Agenda #4 - FusionBridge Statement of Work - JDEdwards
Upgrade
- MINUTE ORDER #248/08: After due discussion, upon motion
by
Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Richard Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved the Statement of Work with FusionBridge Ltd.
for support in implementation of upgrades to JDEdwards financial system.
A copy of said Statement of Work is attached hereto and made part of these
minutes.
Agenda #5 - FusionBridge Statement of Work - District
Clerk Support
- MINUTE ORDER #249/08: After due discussion, upon motion
by
Commissioner Richard Cortese, second by Commissioner John Fisher,
the Court unanimously approved the Statement of Work with FusionBridge Ltd.
for support for District Clerk implementation of improvements to processes,
controls, and organizational structure. A copy of said Statement of
Work is attached hereto and made part of these minutes.
Agenda #6 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #250/08: County Judge Jon
Burrows
presented the claims for review to the Court. After proper review, upon motion by
Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Richard Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved all such claims. All according to a
copy of the same being of record in the office of the County Auditor.
(The Court then went into workshop session to discuss those items on the
workshop agenda with no action being taken on any item.)
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
