- MINUTE ORDER #320/08: Upon receipt of report
from Bell County Fire Marshall Steve Casey, County Judge Jon Burrows
presented for approval an Order Restricting Outdoor Burning effective August
1, 2008, at sunrise for the next thirty (30) days. After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange, the
Court unanimously approved this matter. A copy of said Order is
attached hereto and made part of these minutes.
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
