met in the Commissioners' Courtroom in Belton, Texas, in regular session with the

Agenda #1 - Minutes
- MINUTE ORDER #088/09:
Commissioner Tim Brown called to the Courts attention that the minutes
of March 02, 2009 regular session had been received. After due discussion, these minutes
were approved as presented.
Agenda #2a - County Engineer
- MINUTE ORDER #089/09: Tom Berrier,
Interim Director of the County Engineer's Office presented for approval the
2009 Annual Seal Coat Program. After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Eddy Lange, second by Commissioner John Fisher, the
Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #2b - County Engineer
- MINUTE ORDER #090/09: Tom Berrier,
Interim Director of the County Engineer's Office presented for approval and
authorization for the County Judge to sign a proposal/agreement with Popelka
Structural Engineering for design of an equipment wash facility. After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange, the
Court unanimously approved this matter.

Agenda #3 - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #091/09: Upon motion
by Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange,
the Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms with
approved budget amendment, the same being attached hereto and made a part of
these minutes.
Agenda #4 - Order Restricting Outdoor Burning - Burn Ban
- MINUTE ORDER #092/09: Commissioner Tim
Brown presented for approval the matter of the termination,
modification, or continuation of the Order Restricting Outdoor Burning -
Burn Ban set to expire at 10:00 a.m. on March 23, 2009. The Court took
no action on this matter and said Order remains in effect.
Agenda #5 - Order of Special Election for Local Option
Election for City of Nolanville
- MINUTE ORDER #093/09: Sharon Long, Tax
Assessor-Collector and Voter Registrar of Bell County presented a
petition with qualified, verified signatures filed by the City of Nolanville
for a Local Option Election to vote for/against "the legal sale of all
alcoholic beverages including mixed beverage." Jana Henderson,
Elections Clerk with the County Clerk's Office presented an Order of Special
Election calling for this election to be held May 9, 2009 in conjunction
with the City of Nolanville's election. After due discussion, upon
motion by Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner
Eddy Lange, the Court unanimously approved this matter. A copy of said
Order is attached hereto and made part of these minutes.
Agenda #6 - Psychological Health Services Agreement for
Jail and Juvenile Detention Facilities
- MINUTE ORDER #094/09: After due discussion, upon
motion by Commissioner Eddy Lange, second by Commissioner John
Fisher, the Court unanimously approved
a professional services contract for Psychological Health Services Agreement
with Dr. Eugene C. Waters, PhD for Jail and Juvenile Detention Facilities.
Agenda #7 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #095/09: Commissioner Tim
Brown presented the claims for review to the Court. After
proper review, upon
motion by Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Eddy
Lange, the Court unanimously approved all such claims. All
according to a copy of the same being of record in the office of the County
Auditor.
(The Court then went into
workshop session to discuss those items on the workshop agenda with no action
being taken on any item.)
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
