Agenda #1 - Minutes
- MINUTE ORDER #152/09:
County Judge Jon Burrows called to the Courts attention that the minutes
of April 13, 2009 regular session had been received. After due
discussion, these minutes were approved as presented.
Agenda #2a - County Engineer
- MINUTE ORDER #153/09: County Engineer Bryan
Neaves presented for approval an Interlocal Agreement with the City of
Little-River Academy for the purchase of cold mix. After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Richard Cortese, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange,
the Court unanimously approved this matter. A copy of said Interlocal
Agreement is attached hereto and made part of these minutes.

Agenda #3 - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #154/09: Upon motion
by Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Richard
Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms with
approved budget amendment, the same being attached hereto and made a part of
these minutes.
Agenda #4 - National Volunteer Week in Bell County
- MINUTE ORDER #155/09:
County Judge Jon Burrows presented for approval a Proclamation naming
April 19-25, 2009 as National Volunteer Week in Bell County and announced
the annual Texas AgriLife Extension Service Volunteer Dinner on April 23,
2009 at the Bell County Expo Center following a presentation by Dirk Aaron,
County Extension Agent. After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange,
the Court unanimously approved this matter. A copy of said
Proclamation is attached hereto and made part of these minutes.
Agenda #5 - County Government Week in Bell County
- MINUTE ORDER #156/09: County Judge Jon
Burrows recognized Belton students visiting in anticipation of County
Government Week and introduced County Officials to make presentations on the
workings of County Government. No action taken.
Agenda #6 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #157/09: County Judge Jon
Burrows presented the claims for review to the Court. After
proper review, upon
motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Richard
Cortese, the Court unanimously approved all such claims. All
according to a copy of the same being of record in the office of the County
Auditor.
(The Court then went into
workshop session to discuss those items on the workshop agenda with no action
being taken on any item.)

adjourned.
