- MINUTE ORDER #478/09:
County Judge Jon Burrows called to the Courts attention that the minutes
of November 16, 2009 regular session had been received. After due
discussion, these minutes were approved as presented.
Agenda #2a - County Engineer
- MINUTE ORDER #479/09: County Engineer Bryan
Neaves presented for approval the abandonment and release of utility
drainage easement in Lot 6 and Lot 7, Hidden Springs Subdivision, Section
One, in Precinct 2. After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner John Fisher, the
Court unanimously approved this matter.

- MINUTE ORDER #480/09: After due
discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner John Fisher,
the Court unanimously approved the extension of contract and price
adjustment on Liquid Asphalt pursuant to the terms of contract.

Agenda #3 - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #481/09: Upon motion
by Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange,
the Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms with
approved budget amendment, the same being attached hereto and made a part of
these minutes.

Agenda #4 - Resolutions of Appreciation
- MINUTE ORDER #482/09: County Judge
Jon Burrows presented for approval Resolutions of Appreciation for
Senator Troy Fraser and Representative Ralph Sheffield for their appearance
at the Texas Transportation Commission hearing on November 19, 2009, in
successful support of Proposition 12 funding for I-35 projects in Bell
County. After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner John Fisher, the
Court unanimously approved this matter. A copy of said Resolutions are
attached hereto and made part of these minutes.

Agenda #5 - Change Order No. 5 - Courthouse Expansion
Project
- MINUTE ORDER #483/09: County Judge
Jon Burrows presented for approval Change Order No. 5 with Skanska USA
Building for the Courthouse Expansion Project, with no change in Guaranteed
Maximum Price. After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Richard Cortese, the
Court unanimously approved this matter. A copy of Change Order No. 5 is
attached hereto and made a part of these minutes.

Agenda #6 - Construction Manager for Renovations to
Historic Courthouse
- MINUTE ORDER #484/09: After due
discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner John Fisher, the
Court unanimously approved the selection of G. Creek Construction for
Construction Manager as Contractor for the Interior Renovations to the
Historic Courthouse.

Agenda #7 - Texas Historic Courthouse Preservation Program
- MINUTE ORDER #485/09: After due
discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Richard Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved Bell County's participation in the Texas
Historic Courthouse Preservation Program - Round VI to include a 20% County
match.
Agenda #8 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #486/09: County Judge Jon
Burrows presented the claims for review to the Court. After
proper review, upon
motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner
Richard Cortese, the Court unanimously approved all such claims. All
according to a copy of the same being of record in the office of the County
Auditor.
(The Court then went into
workshop session to discuss those items on the workshop agenda with no action
being taken on any item.)

adjourned.
