- MINUTE ORDER #513/09: Upon motion
by Commissioner Eddy Lange, second by Commissioner John Fisher,
the Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms with
approved budget amendment, the same being attached hereto and made a part of
these minutes; and approved posting for Applications Development Manager
position.

Renovation
- MINUTE ORDER #514/09: County Judge
Jon Burrows presented for approval Change Order Number 003 with Skanska
USA Building, Inc. on Central Jail Renovation with no change in Guaranteed
Maximum price. After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner
Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Richard Cortese, the Court
unanimously approved this matter. A copy of said Change Order is
attached hereto and made part of these minutes.

Agenda #5 - Corporate Facilities Management Services, LLC
Statement of Work
- MINUTE ORDER #515/09: County Judge
Jon Burrows presented for approval a Statement of Work with Corporate
Facilities Management Services, LLC, for renovation at Bell County
Communications Center. After due discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner Richard Cortese, second by Commissioner Tim Brown,
the Court unanimously approved this matter.

Agenda #6 - Violence Against Act (VAWA) Grant Application
- MINUTE ORDER #516/09: After due
discussion, upon motion by
Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange,
the Court unanimously approved authorizing the Bell County Attorney's
Office to apply for a Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) grant for the
development of a comprehensive investigation and prosecution protocol for
domestic violence cases.

Agenda #7 - Interlocal Agreements for Bell County Jail
Services
- MINUTE ORDER #517/09: After due
discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Richard
Cortese, the Court unanimously authorized the County Judge to negotiate
and execute Interlocal Agreements and contracts to provide Bell County Jail
services to other counties, cities, and entities. A copy of said
Interlocal Agreement is attached hereto and made part of these minutes.

Revenue Bonds
- MINUTE ORDER #518/09: County Judge Jon
Burrows presented for approval a General and No Litigation Certificate of
Bell County for the benefit of the Attorney General of the State of Texas
relating to the Central Texas Housing Finance Corporation Single Family
Mortgage Revenue Bonds Series 2009A. After due discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange,
the Court unanimously approved this matter. A copy of said document
is attached hereto and made part of these minutes.

Incentive Policy. After due discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Tim Brown,
the Court unanimously approved this matter. A copy of said policy is
attached hereto and made part of these minutes.

presented for approval Bell County Cellular Phone Authorization Policy.
After due discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner Eddy Lange, second by Commissioner John Fisher,
the Court unanimously approved this matter. A copy of said policy is
attached hereto and made part of these minutes.
Agenda 11 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #521/09: County Judge Jon
Burrows presented the claims for review to the Court. After
proper review, upon
motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner
Richard Cortese, the Court unanimously approved all such claims. All
according to a copy of the same being of record in the office of the County
Auditor.
(The Court then went into
workshop session to discuss those items on the workshop agenda with no action
being taken on any item.)
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
