of March 16, 2010, 9:00 a.m. regular session had been received. After due
discussion, these minutes were approved as presented.

- MINUTE ORDER #097/10:
County Engineer Bryan Neaves presented for approval the abandoning of
easements for Lots 24-25 in Country Squire Estates in Precinct 1.
After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Richard Cortese, second by Commissioner
Tim Brown, the Court unanimously approved this matter.

- MINUTE ORDER #098/10:
County Engineer Bryan Neaves presented for approval the Replats of Lots
11 and 12, Block 2 of Ivy Trail, Phase 2 Subdivision and Lot 8, Block 1 of
Ivy Trail, Phase 1 Subdivision.
After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Richard Cortese, second by Commissioner
Tim Brown, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #2c - County Engineer
- MINUTE ORDER #099/10:
County Engineer Bryan Neaves presented for approval the purchase through
Buy Board of a CAT CB34 Utility Compactor in the amount of $44,417.
After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Eddy Lange, second by Commissioner
Richard Cortese, the Court unanimously approved this matter.

by Commissioner Richard Cortese, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange,
the Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms, the same being attached hereto and made a part

- MINUTE ORDER #101/10: Bell County
Sheriff Dan Smith, on behalf of the Bell County Sheriff's Posse,
made a special presentation honoring Ms. Candy Bolton for her years of
assistance to the Sheriff's Posse. No action taken by the Court.

Contract
- MINUTE ORDER #102/10: After due
discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner Eddy Lange, second by Commissioner Richard Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved the Amendment of
Solicitation/Modification of Contract between Bell County and Mission
and Installation Contracting CMD, Directorate of Contracting Fort Hood.

- MINUTE ORDER #105/10: After due discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner Eddy Lange, second by Commissioner Richard Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved May 13, 2010, as the date for a County
Auction.

Agenda #9 - Electrical Repair Work - Bell County Expo
Center
- MINUTE ORDER #106/10: Under the
authority of Local Government Code Section 262.024(a)(1) and (2),
County Judge Jon Burrows presented for approval declaring an
emergency to have electrical repair work done at the Bell County Expo
Center to preserve the property of the county and protect the safety of
the residents of the County. After due
discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Richard Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved this matter.

Agenda #10 - Purchase of Portable Video Conferencing Units
for Juvenile Detention
- MINUTE ORDER #107/10: After due discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner Richard Cortese, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange,
the Court unanimously approved the purchase through DIR Pricing from
Insight Networks of four Tanberg portable video conferencing units to be
used at the Juvenile Detention Center for visitations. A copy of
quote for purchase is attached hereto and made part of these minutes.

Agenda #11 - District Clerk's Office Evidence Vault and
File Storage Expansion
- MINUTE ORDER #108/10: After due discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Richard Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved through Tex Mass from Southwest Solutions
of an evidence storage solution in the District Clerks evidence vault,
evidence tracking software by Vdoxx and file storage expansion in Room
1117 in the District Clerk's Office. A copy of quote for purchase
is attached hereto and made part of these minutes.

Agenda #12 - Certificates of Obligation, Series 2010
- MINUTE ORDER #109/10: County Judge
Jon Burrows presented for approval the adoption of Order Authorizing
Publication of Notice of Intention to Issue Bell County, Texas,
Certificates of Obligation, Series 2010. After due discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange,
the Court unanimously approved this matter. A copy of said Order
is attached hereto and made part of these minutes.
Agenda #13 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #110/10: County Judge Jon
Burrows presented the claims for review to the Court. After
proper review, upon
motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner
Richard Cortese, the Court unanimously approved all such claims. All
according to a copy of the same being of record in the office of the County
Auditor.
(The Court then went into
workshop session to discuss those items on the workshop agenda with no action
being taken on any item.)
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
