this the 5th day of April, 2010, the County Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas,
met in the Commissioners' Courtroom in Belton, Texas, in regular session with the

- MINUTE ORDER #120/10:
County Judge Jon Burrows called to the Courts attention that the minutes
of March 29, 2010, 9:00 a.m. regular session had been received. After due
discussion, these minutes were approved as presented.
Agenda #2a - County Engineer
- MINUTE ORDER #121/10:
County Engineer Bryan Neaves presented for approval authorizing the
County Auditor to advertise for bids or to purchase off of Buy Board or
other approved consolidated purchasing source certain Road & Bridge
Equipment per budget/remaining bond funding to include: 8 pickup
trucks; 1 heavy duty truck; 2 tractors with cab-mowers; 2 mowers with zero
turn radius; 2 light 6 c.y. dump trucks; and 1 water tank.
After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Richard Cortese, second by Commissioner
Eddy Lange, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #2b - County Engineer
- MINUTE ORDER #122/10:
County Engineer Bryan Neaves presented for approval authorization to
purchase a utility trailer.
After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Richard Cortese, second by Commissioner
Tim Brown, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #2c - County Engineer
- MINUTE ORDER #123/10:
County Engineer Bryan Neaves presented for approval authorizing County
Auditor to advertise for bids for culvert pipes for a 6-month period.
After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner
Richard Cortese, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #2d - County Engineer
- MINUTE ORDER #124/10:
County Engineer Bryan Neaves presented for approval the final plat for
Hidden Springs, Section Two, Lot 51A, located in the E.T.J. of the Village
of Salado.
After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner
John Fisher, the Court unanimously approved this matter.

Agenda #3 - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #125/10: Upon motion
by Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Tim Brown,
the Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms, the same being attached hereto and made a part
of these minutes.

Agenda #4 - Change Order Number 005 - Bell County
Multi-Use Facility
- MINUTE ORDER #126/10: County
Judge Jon Burrows presented for approval Change Order Number 005
between Bell County and the Zapalac/Reed Construction Company for the
Bell County Multi-Use Facility, resulting in a $2,724.00 increase in the
Contract Sum. After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner
Eddy Lange, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
A copy of said Change Order is attached hereto and made part of these
minutes.

Agenda #5 - Service Contract with Siemens Industry, Inc.
- MINUTE ORDER #127/10: After due
discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Richard Cortese,
the Court unanimously approved the updated service contract with Siemens
Industry, Inc. for adding three client user licenses.
Agenda #6 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #128/10: County Judge Jon
Burrows presented the claims for review to the Court. After
proper review, upon
motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner
Richard Cortese, the Court unanimously approved all such claims. All
according to a copy of the same being of record in the office of the County
Auditor.
(The Court then went into
workshop session to discuss those items on the workshop agenda with no action
being taken on any item.)
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
