In 1991, Mrs. T.M. (Frances) Neal of Temple donated to the Bell County Museum almost 200 moustache cups which she and her husband, Dr. Neal, collected from 1939 through 1961.

Then, in 2004, Caroline Ruth Allen Wollny contacted the museum, wishing to find a home for the moustache cup collections of her parents, Clarence Reed, and Johnny Reese Jones Keeton Allen. Together, these two collections total almost 300 moustache cups!
