Rules and Regulations
 

The following Rules and Regulations have been adopted and amended by the Bell County Bail Bond Board pursuant to its authority under the provisions of Section 1704, Texas Occupation Code.  These rules relate to those persons or entities who may be licensed as a Bail Bond Surety, as defined in the Bail Bond Act, and who may write a bail bond in Bell County, Texas.
