The Bail Bond Board is responsible for licensing and regulating surety companies (bail bondsmen) operating in Bell County in accordance with Chapter 17.04 of the Texas Occupations Code and Local Bell County Bail Bond Rules.  A bail bondsman must be licensed in Bell County before they can secure bail for persons incarcerated in a Bell County jail facility.
 

Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of each Month at 1:30 p.m. at the Bell County Commissioners Courtroom located at 101 E. Central Avenue, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas  76513
