Billy holds a Master Peace Officer Certificate and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee's National Forensic Academy.  Billy has been a law enforcement investigator since 1990.

Raymond Jacobs
Criminal Investigator
Raymond has been in law enforcement since 1974.  He is certified by the State of Texas as a Master Peace Officer and a certified Fraud Examiner.  He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.

Greg Holloway

Greg holds a Master Peace Officer Certificate and has received extensive training in the fields of questionable documents, homicide and narcotics investigation.  He has been a police officer since 1985.

Karl holds a Master Peace Officer Certificate and is a graduate of Central Texas College with an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice.  Karl has been a police officer since 1979. 

Michael Simmons
Criminal Investigator
Michael holds a Master Peace Officer Certificate from The Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.  He has more than twenty years of service as a police officer; over fourteen of those years as a detective. Michael has over 1700 hours of continuing education with special emphasis on criminal investigation.

Jill McAfee
Victim Witness Coordinator
Jill has been with this office for over 20 years and heads up the Victim Services Department.  She is a graduate of the Nolanville Police Academy and a former police officer.  Jill is a specialist in her field and speaks in seminars throughout the State of Texas on victims of crime.

Dana Bettger

Dana has been a victim advocate since 2000, and holds a Master of Science Degree in Psychology.
