The IV-D Associate Judge hears the petitions and motions brought by the Office of the Attorney General concerning paternity and child support establishment, child support enforcement, and other cases brought under the Uniformed Interstate Family Support Act. 

Please do not bring children or additional parties not directly involved in the case to the hearings.

There is limited seating available for the parties involved.

Regularly scheduled docket call is promptly at 8:30 a.m.
