To record
anything in the Land Records, it must be notarized and be an original copy,
unless it is a certified copy from some other County Clerk Office. The
cost to record the same is $14.00 for the first page and $4.00 for each
page thereafter. UCC
filings: Only
Fixture Filings in Real Estate may be recorded at the Bell County
Clerk's Office. Recording fees are the same as above. As
of September 1, 2005, all other UCC Filings are filed with the Office
of the Texas Secretary of the State.
Out-of-state checks are not accepted on any of the
