Information concerning child support
payments can be obtained by using the automated child support telephone
service. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. This service gives information on the last child support
payment that was made on an account. A special Individual Voice
Response System (IVRS) number is assigned to each account. This
number is the same number as your divorce decree and is necessary to be
able to access the account.

- Follow the simple
instructions on the recording and enter your case number. Do
not use dashes, spaces, commas, leading zeros or the letter
following your case number.
- An automated message will
follow stating the last payment and payment date.
