- The 169th, 264th, and
146th District Courts will hear uncontested domestic cases and other
uncontested matters on Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00
a.m.; The 27th District Court will hear uncontested domestic
cases on Tuesday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., provided
that the attorneys call the District Clerk on or before noon the
morning before in order that the Clerk may pull the file, and notify
the Court.
- The 146th District Court
will have a non-jury week each month, on the 4th Monday of each
month, to hear all contested matters, civil and domestic.
- The 264th District Court
will hear contested domestic matters on each Wednesday, beginning
with temporary hearings at 9:00 a.m. followed by contested divorces,
and will not hear any criminal cases on that day, until the domestic
docket is cleared.
- The 27th District Court
will hear contested domestic matters on each Friday beginning with
temporary hearings at 9:00 a.m. followed by contested divorces, and
will not hear any criminal cases on that day, until the domestic
docket is cleared.
- The 169th District Court
will hear contested domestic matters on each Thursday beginning with
temporary hearings at 9:00 a.m., followed by contested divorces
beginning at 10:00 a.m. It is preferred that all uncontested
divorces be set at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, but attorneys may set
uncontested divorces on other days if Thursday is not
possible.
