2011 Level Up - The asphalt crew prepares roads for the upcoming seal coat program.

Zipper Rehabilitation - The construction crew pulverizes and rebuilds sections on Bobwhite Road.

2010 Seal Coating - Bell County Asphalt and Trucking crews will seal coat 121 miles of roads this year.  Work began in May and will conclude in September.

2010 Durapatching - The Asphalt Crew performs durapatching during the winter and spring to prepare for the summer seal coat program.  Durapatching is surface maintenance using a mobile seal coating trailer.

Cracksealing
- A cracksealing machine is used throughout the year to seal the cracks in our roads caused by the infiltration of water into the pavement.  The cracks are cleared by air pressure and the hot sealant is placed in the crack with a wand.  This important activity prevents further deterioration of the pavement.

Jack Rabbit Road
- The Maintenance Crew replaced a failed culvert by excavating and installing replacement pipes under the road.  The Gradall, track loader, and backhoe were required to place the new pipes in a 10' fill.

Falls Road
- New Bridge Construction - Info:  Falls Road @ North Elm Creek - New Bridge Construction - Precinct 3 (3 - 30' spans, pan girder bridge)
