Full depth rehabilitation on Bobwhite Rd - The crew marks the severely
cracking areas of the road. The "zipper" is a 4' wide mixer
mounted on the front of a wheel loader. A diesel engine powers the
drum approximately 8" deep. Water is added and the existing
flexible base is recompacted. The road is reshaped and surfaced
once graded. Some projects have cement or lime added to improve
