Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for JANUARY 26, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held at immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, Courtroom, were the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

  1. Jail/District Court/Sheriff's office planning, architect conferences, presentations to public, bond election & funding issues.

  2. Jail/Courts Task Force.

  3. Architect planning. 

  4. Temporary locations for movement of District Courts/District Attorney/District Clerk Functions while Code/ADA issues addressed in District Courts Building.

  5. Report on Rural Fire & Police wireless interconnection. 

  6. Grant Funding and matching funds for Texas Department of Protective & Regulatory Services and potential use of portion of new fees. 

  7. Road Issues in E.T.J. of Salado.

  3. 2nd CAV casing of colors at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at Cooper Field at Fort Hood.  

  4. Brazos Region G Water Planning Group Scope of Work Committee meeting at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 28, 2004 at Brazos River Authority in Waco.
