Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for MAY 24, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held at immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, Courtroom, were the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

1. Jail/District Court/Sheriff's office planning, architect conferences, presentations to public, bond election results & funding issues/alternatives.

2. Architect planning & Construction Manager Request for Proposals evaluation.

3. Meet on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. in conference room to further review and evaluate proposals for construction manager at risk.

4. Review of qualifications and proceeding with step two for Request for Proposals for construction manager for small construction projects for tax-assessor's office, document storage building and communications center.
