Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for JANUARY 24, 2005

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

1. District Court/Sheriff's office/Jail planning, architect conferences, Texas Commission on Jail Standards reviews & updates, financing timetable and alternatives.

2. Architect planning & Construction Manager at Risk planning/updates; Subcontractor review/approval.

3. District Court fire damage, assessment, insurance, and repair status.

4. TxDOT Trans Texas Corridor information and meetings.

5. Presentation by representatives of VALIC Financial Advisors, Inc. regarding benefit products. 

6. Discussion with CTCOG concerning proposals for funding in next distribution of Homeland Security Funding and other CTCOG matters.
