Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for JUNE 13, 2005

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

1. District Court/Sheriff's office/Jail planning, architect conferences, Texas Commission on Jail Standards reviews & updates, financing timetable and alternatives.

2. Architect planning & Construction Manager at Risk planning/updates; Subcontractor review/approval.

3. LEPC update.

4. Status update and review of operation/personnel needs of County Clerk's office pending Clerk's medical recovery.

5. Budget requests from non-county departments.

6. Health and dental insurance review of proposals to other entities and projections.

7. Bell County Jail Population Management Meeting summary. 

8. Draft of Invitation to Bid for purchase of Medical Services for the Correctional Facility.

11. Trinity Engineering proposal concerning road use and project plans.

12. Issue of false alarm problems in Texas and proposed regulation of installers.
