Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for February 04, 2008

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

1. Bell County Jail Status Updates.

1. Jail population status and population management.
2. Jail Addition Construction Update.
    

2. Project Management priorities and projects.

1. Jail healthcare review and Phase 2 Consulting site visit. 
2. Strategic Capital Improvement Planning scheduling and procedures. 
3. Information gathering, needs assessment progress, and calendar scheduling.
4. Update and recommendations from Financial Advisor.
5. Public Hearing for public input on 2008 Capital Improvement Project.
6. 2008 State of the County presentation. 
    

3. County Attorney Request for Waiver of Bond Requirement for Injunction

4. Drug Court requirements.

    Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.
