Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for March 17, 2008

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

  1. Commissioners Court members luncheon following morning Workshop on Monday, March 17, 2008 with location to be announced at Workshop.  Workshop may continue in the Conference Room after lunch. 
     
  2. Extraco Bank Saint Patrick's Day reception at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17, 2008 at the Seaton SPJST Hall on Highway 53 East of Temple.  
     
  3. K-TUTS Policy Board meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at the CTCOG Building on North Main in Belton.
     
  4. Central Texas Republican Women luncheon at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at Wildflower Country Club in Temple.   
     
  5. Meeting with architects regarding input for design drawings and site designations for multi-purpose building and county courts building at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 18. 2008 in Commissioners Conference Room.
