Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for March 31, 2008

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

3. Aware Central Texas Press Conference at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 in Commissioners Courtroom.
    
4. Meeting to go over initial information and draft map lines for TABC designations at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 in Commissioners Conference Room.      
    
5. Meeting to review draft of CAFR (Consolidated Accounting Financial Report) at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 in Commissioners Conference Room.
    
6. Dedication ceremony on Chisholm Trail monument at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 5, 208 at the Bell County Museum in Belton.
