the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

2. Jail addition construction update and transition plan for occupancy.

2. Bell County Extension Association Club luncheon and meeting at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, May 05, 2008 at the Grace Presbyterian Church in Temple. 
    
3. Capital Improvement Project detail meeting with architects and users on courts-at-law courthouse annex and multipurpose building drawings/site plans and meeting on project prioritization and details at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 06, 2008 in Commissioners Conference Room.
    
4. Hill Country Community Action Association Executive Committee and Board meetings beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 06, 2008 at Lampasas County  Multipurpose Service Center in Lampasas.
    
5. Transportation planning and education meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 08, 2008 at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center in Killeen.
