the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for May 12, 2008

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

4. Workshop on consulting proposal form Phase 2 Consulting for review, evaluation and recommendations for Juvenile Probation and Detention.
    
5. Task Force on Indigent Defense Grants Committee meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 in the 6th floor conference room of the Office of Court Administration in Austin.
    
6.   Salado Alderman Swearing In Ceremony at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at the Salado City Hall in Salado.
    
7. Police Memorial Ceremony at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 16, 2008 at the Flag Pole at the Historic Bell County Courthouse in Belton.
