Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for November 10, 2008

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

1. Bell County Jail/Courthouse Construction Status Updates.

   1. Jail addition construction update and transition plan for occupancy.
   2. Review and status of change proposal log and punch list.
   3. Jail Video Visitation System.
   4. Jail Bi-Directional Amplifier for Communications/jail radio coverage.
   5. Multi-Purpose Building design.
   6. County Courts at Law Building design review and modification for juvenile transport.
   7. Jury room doors in District Courts Building/DA office modification.
