Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for January 05, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

1. Bell County Jail/Courthouse Construction Status Updates.

   1. Jail addition construction update and transition plan for occupancy.
   2. Review and status of change proposal log and punch list.
   3. Multi-Purpose Building design status.
   4. County Courts at Law Building status.
   5. Negotiation update on contractor for County Courts at Law Building.
       

2. Project Management priorities and projects.

1. Phase 2 Consulting & selection team next phase on jail/juvenile medical/dental services, and selection status.
2. Development of policy for inmate payment or co-payment of medical care while incarcerated and deduction from commissary account.

1. Commissioners Court members luncheon following morning Workshop on Monday, January 05, 2009 with location to be announced at Workshop.  Workshop may continue in the Conference Room after lunch and may continue until the next day.
