Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for March 30, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

   1. Multi-Purpose Building design & bid status.
   2. County Courts Extension design and construction status.
   3. Mechanical and design questions/issues.
   4. Central Jail maintenance/overhaul project.

    Workshop items may be considered and/or discussed in a different order than set forth above.
    
    Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

6. Community Assessment meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at the CTCOG Building, Room D10, on North Main in Belton.
    
7. Conference of Urban Counties (CUC) Policy Committee meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at the CUC Building at 500 West 13th Street in Austin.
    
8. Start of Walk Across Texas program at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2009 at the Courthouse steps of the Historic Bell County Courthouse on Main & Central in Belton.
