Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for April 06, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

    Workshop items may be considered and/or discussed in a different order than set forth above.
    
    Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

4. Briefing on the Bell County Communications Center for Congressman John Carter at 3:15 p.m. on Monday, April 06, 2009 at the Bell County Communications Center at 708 West Avenue O in Belton.
    
5. Texas Agri-Life Recognition-Appreciation Event for Congressman John Carter from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 06, 2009 at the Blackland Research Center in Temple.
    
6. State of Bell County Presentation by County Judge Jon Burrows to the Temple Chamber of Commerce at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 07, 2009 at the Wildflower Country Club in Temple.
    
7. Conference of Urban Counties luncheon meeting at noon on Wednesday, April 08, 2009 at the Sheraton Hotel at 701 East 11th Street in Austin, followed by visits to the offices of State Representatives at the Capital in Austin.
