Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for April 13, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

    Workshop items may be considered and/or discussed in a different order than set forth above.
    
    Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

1. Commissioners Court members luncheon following morning Workshop on Monday, April 13, 2009 with location to be announced at Workshop.  Workshop may continue in the Conference Room after lunch and may continue until the next day. 
    
2. Construction update meeting with Skanska Construction and WHJ architects at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, April 13, 2009 at the office trailer at the Bell County Justice Center site on Loop 121 and Huey Road in Belton.   
    
3. Briefing and meeting with CUC representatives concerning CJIS project, followed by discussions with Information Technology personnel/consultants on information gathering status and recommendations.   
    
4. Brazos Region G Water Planning Group meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at Brazos River Authority Headquarters in Waco.
    
5. Central Texas Republican Women luncheon at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at Wildflower Country Club in Temple. 
    
6. Tea Party event at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at Belton Park & Ride on I-35 in Belton. 
    
7. Central Texas Economic Council economic briefing at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at the Bell County EXPO Center on Loop 121 in Belton.
    
8. Preparation for Annual Bell County Employees Awards BBQ, beginning on Thursday, April 16, 2009 through Friday, April 17, 2009 at the Bell County EXPO Center on Loop 121 in Belton.
    
9. Dinner for Elected Officials and Emergency Responders hosted by Brazoria County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at the back of the Exhibition Hall of the Bell County EXPO Center on Loop 121 in Belton.
