Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for April 27, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

    Workshop items may be considered and/or discussed in a different order than set forth above.
    
    Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

2. Construction update meeting with Skanska Building USA and WHJ architects at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2009 at the construction trailer at the site at Loop 121 and Huey Road in Belton.     
    
3. Memorial for Bob Burleson at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2009 at First Baptist Church at 102 W. Barton in Temple. 
    
4. Bio-Science conference at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Temple.
