the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
for May 04, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

    Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

     

WILL ATTEND:   Where County Business may be discussed but no action taken unless otherwise posted.
  

  1. Commissioners Court members luncheon following morning Workshop on Monday, May 04, 2009 with location to be announced at Workshop.  Workshop may continue in the Conference Room after lunch and may continue until the next day. 
     
  2. Detail audit review at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, May 04, 2009 in Commissioners Conference Room.   
     
  3. Workforce Development Board Public Meeting on targeting emerging jobs at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 06, 2009 at the Workforce Building in Killeen.
     
  4. Central Texas Republican Women Prayer Breakfast at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 07, 2009 at Wildflower Country Club in Temple
