Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
 August 17, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

  1. Bell County Construction Status Updates.

    1. Multi-Purpose Building construction status.
    2. County Courts Extension design and construction status.
    3. Central Jail maintenance/overhaul project.
    4. Historic Courthouse maintenance and Phase 3 Overall Renovation Project/Proposal Form.
       
  2. Project Management priorities and projects.

    1. Strategic Capital Improvement Project Plan and Policy.

    Workshop items may be considered and/or discussed in a different order than set forth above.

    Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

     

WILL ATTEND:   Where County Business may be discussed but no action taken unless otherwise posted.
  

  1. Commissioners Court members luncheon following morning Workshop on Monday, August 17, 2009 with location to be announced at Workshop.  Workshop may continue in the Conference Room after lunch and may continue until the next day.

  3. Brazos Region G Water Planning Group meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at the Brazos River Authority Headquarters Building in Waco.   
     
  4. K-TUTS Annual Meeting at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at the Central Texas Council of Governments Building on North Main in Belton.
     
  5. Juvenile Board meeting at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2009 in Commissioners Conference Room.
