Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
 October 13, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

    Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

5. Construction update with Zapalac/Reed Construction Company on Multi-Use Facility at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at construction trailer on-site at Jail Addition entrance and Loop 121.
    
6. Central Texas Healthcare Taskforce meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at the Institute for Regenerative Medicine at Scott & White West Campus at Kegley Road and Airport Road in Temple.
