Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

1. Bell County Construction Status Updates.

   1. Multi-Purpose Building construction status.
   2. County Courts Extension design and construction status.
   3. Central Jail maintenance/overhaul project.
   4. Historic Courthouse maintenance and Phase 3 Overall Renovation Project/Grant qualifying work.

    Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

4. Attendance at the V.G. Young Institute of County Government of Texas A & M University beginning at noon on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 through noon on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at the College Station Hilton Hotel & Conference Center in College Station.
    
5. Bell County Youth Fair continuing Monday, February 8, 2010 through Saturday, February 13, 2010 at the Bell County EXPO Center on Loop 121 in Belton.
    
6. Scott & White meeting on health care reform at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, February 12, 2010 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Temple.
