Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas 
 February 16, 2010

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

   2. County Courts Extension design and construction status.
   3. Central Jail maintenance/overhaul project.
   4. Historic Courthouse maintenance and Phase 3 Overall Renovation Project/Grant qualifying work.

    Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

5. AUSA membership meeting with LTG Robert Cone as speaker at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center on W.S. Young Drive in Killeen.
    
6. Conference of Urban Counties Policy Committee meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at the CUC Building at 500 West 13^th Street in Austin.
    
7. Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce luncheon with Agriculture Commissioner Todd Staples at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at the Shilo Inn Hotel on W.S. Young Drive in Killeen.
    
8. Bell County Communications Center retirement ceremony at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, February 19, 2010 at the Communications Center on Avenue O in Belton.
