Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

    Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

1. Commissioners Court members luncheon following morning Workshop on Monday, March 01, 2010 with location to be announced at Workshop.  Workshop may continue in the Conference Room after lunch and may continue until the next day.

4. Election night returns beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at the Bell County EXPO Center on Loop 121 in Belton. 
    
5. Hill Country Community Action Association Board meeting at 4:00 p.m. for committees and at 5:00 p.m. for board meeting on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at the Lampasas Multi-Service Center at 901 S. Liveoak in Lampasas. 
    
6. TxDOT I-35/Salado Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at the Salado Intermediate School on Thomas Arnold Road in Salado.
