Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

   2. County Courts Extension construction status.
   3. Central Jail maintenance/overhaul project.
   4. Historic Courthouse maintenance/construction status
   5. Design items for Animal Shelter.

    Workshop items may be considered and/or discussed in a different order than set forth above.
    
    Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

5. Update meeting with Mark Kenneth on consultant projects to include Purchase Order Encumbrance Implementation at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 in Commissioners Conference Room.
    
6. United Way Awards Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at Hilton Garden Inn, in Temple.
