Notice of Workshop Session of 
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately after the regular Commissioners Court Meeting, or at 9:00 a.m. if there is no meeting, in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed, but no action will be taken.

1. Bell County Construction Status Updates.

   1. Multi-Purpose Building construction status.
   2. County Courts Extension construction status.
   3. Central Jail maintenance/overhaul project.
   4. Historic Courthouse maintenance/construction status/tree pruning.
   5. Design items for Animal Shelter.

    Workshop items may be considered and/or discussed in a different order than set forth above.
    
    Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

5. Temple ISD Bond Planning Committee meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 3, 2010, in the McLane Room of the Temple Public Library in Temple.
    
6. City of Belton luncheon for members of City Boards and Committees at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at the Harris Community Center in Belton.
    
7. Temple College Graduation Ceremony at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at the Bell County EXPO Center on Loop 121 in Belton.
