Values

Empowerment - We believe that our staff should be encouraged to exercise their own independent judgment.

Pursuit of Excellence - We affirm that we should strive to constantly improve, to upgrade operational efficiency, improve the productivity of everyone in the organization, and to implement the most current practices in the field of community corrections.   The emphasis on this value is partially driven by the competitive nature of staff in the department.

Dignity - We believe in the inherit dignity of all human beings.

Respect - We assert that all who engage with our department, whether staff, probationers, visitors, or the public shall always be treated with courtesy and respect.
