In light of the recent concerns over the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) cases in Bell County, the Bell County Elections Office will implement temporary measures to better protect both the community and our staff and their family. Access to our main office at 550 E. 2nd Avenue in Belton will be restricted to immediate need only.
- If you are trying to register to vote, you may obtain the form online at: www.votetexas.gov
- Applications for ballot by mail can be found on our county website at: www.bellcountytx.com/departments/elections/ballot_by_mail.php
- Both the applications (to register to vote and for absentee ballots) can be turned in at your local post office. Our mailing address is:

- If you are Deputy Voter Registrar and need to turn in your paperwork, please call our office and we will set up an appointment to get you in and have your paperwork processed.
