Bell County Game Room Regulations
Effective August 18, 2021, all game rooms operating in Bell County will be required to obtain a permit from the Bell County Fire Marshal’s Office. Permit applications will be accepted by appointment only at the Bell County Fire Marshal’s Office, located at 708 W. Ave O, Belton, TX 76513, between the hours of 8:00 am and 11:30 am, Tuesday through Friday. Appointments can be scheduled by calling (254) 933-5589.
There will be a non-refundable permit application fee of $1,000.00 due at the time of permit application submittal. This payment must be made at the Bell County Treasurer’s Office located on the first floor of the Bell County Courthouse, 101 E. Central Ave, Belton, TX 76513.
Only complete permit applications will be accepted. Please bring your completed permit application and all other required documentation to your appointment.Click here to obtain a Game Room Permit Application

NOTE - ALL SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENTATION MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE AND ACCEPTED BY THE FIRE MARHSAL'S OFFICE
If your game room is located in the unincorporated area of Bell County, or, in a rural municipality, a fire inspection will need to be completed by the Bell County Fire Marshal's Office within ninety (90) days of submitting your game room permit application.
